NDIS plan management is a service that helps you handle the financial side of your NDIS plan—at no cost to you.

How Does NDIS Funding Work?
To get the most out of your NDIS plan, it’s important to understand how your funding works.
Your NDIS plan outlines your goals, the supports needed to achieve them, and the funding you’ll receive to cover those supports.
There are four types of funding categories in an NDIS plan:
Core Supports
Capacity Building Supports
Capital Supports
Recurring Supports
NDIS Funding with PACE
PACE is the new system the NDIA is gradually rolling out, replacing the old system. If you’re a new participant, your plan will automatically be created in PACE. For existing participants, transitioning to PACE may take some time. The important thing to note is that PACE plans have slight differences in support budgets and categories compared to the old system.

Plan management means an NDIS-registered provider takes care of your NDIS funding admin, including paying invoices and working with your providers—at no cost to you.
No, plan management is free! The NDIA includes the costs in your plan under the "Improved Life Choices" budget.
Ask your NDIA planner to include plan management in your NDIS plan, either during your planning meeting or plan review.
The NDIS covers "reasonable and necessary" supports that help you achieve your goals, but not everyday living costs or items covered by other government programs.
You can choose any provider that meets NDIS guidelines. We’ll handle the paperwork and make sure your new provider is set up.
Your provider sends invoices to us, and we take care of the payments. Our team also helps you manage your budget and achieve your goals.
